Good smoothies and very friendly and helpful staff. However there was only one person working, which made it quite slow. The one person working was doing an admirable job, can't blame her. The playlist they had was great too.

Everyday I workout I am tempted by the colors and sounds and smells and smiles coming from this business. The employees are the friendliest humans that are ready to make your smoothie as soon as you walk up. They even know my order by heart now since I go so often. Cannot even help myself tho, I treat myself to an açaí bowl at least once a week usually twice hahahaha BEST PROTEIN SMOOTHIES IN ALL THE LAND!!!!!! Hope they are around forever and franchise out because the environment and quality of food and service they provide is top top tier Thank you Jeremy & Camille!

There is nothing like the endorphin driven rush that you get after completing a leg workout, especially prior to starting a work day. The only drawback that I experience after a taxing leg workout is feeling nutritionally depleted. After one particular grueling workout in which I planned on running a few errands afterwards, I realized that I would need something to satisfy my rumbling stomach until I made it home. Fortunately, the Healthy Blenz Café was open (they open at 9am, seven days a week - located within In-Shape Fitness)! After perusing the menu, I saw an option called the Peanut Butter Builder drink (located within the OG Protein Smoothies section of the menu) that contained 48 grams of protein (perfect as a post-workout treat) and was described as "a Reese in a cup"...if you know me, you know that I love Reeses! I opted for the regular 16oz option, which was more than enough for me. While paying, the employee assisting me thoughtfully suggested that I join the Healthy Blenz loyalty program that allows for you to receive a free drink after accumulating a certain amount of points. The Peanut Butter Builder was exactly as advertised (delicious), if only it came with a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup on the side (I can dream right?)! Thank you Healthy Blenz Café, I will be back soon!

Stumbled upon this cafe. Adjacent and connected to the gym. The staff was very friendly and customized my order to my preference. The facility was very clean and organized. Plenty of space to dine in or wait for your order. The acai bowl was delicious and reasonably priced. I'll be back to try a protein shake. You can order ahead on doordash but the customization options are limited if you do.

Healthy Blendz is the best way to finish a workout and help your body recover. I’ve been coming here for years and the smoothies are always delicious, with lots of flavor options. While the food alone is worthy of a try, the service is even better with friendly staff and great owners.
